A private, judgement-free space to talk things through.
Talking to someone about what's going on inside your head takes courage. At BeHealth Clinic, we make that first step as easy as possible — no paperwork, no judgement, just an honest conversation in a private room.
Whether you're dealing with persistent worry, low mood, work stress, relationship struggles, or something you can't quite name yet — we're here to listen and help.
Your first session is 60 minutes. There's no required preparation — just come as you are.
We'll start with what brought you in today. You don't need to have it all figured out. Many patients arrive uncertain about what they're feeling — that's normal and we work through it together.
By the end, we'll have a sense of what would help — whether that's more sessions, a different approach, or simply someone to check in with periodically. You're never required to continue.

Yes. Everything discussed stays strictly between you and your counsellor. Exceptions are limited to situations involving immediate risk to life (your own or someone else's) or where the law requires disclosure — and these are explained before we begin.
No. You can book a counselling session directly. If medication may also help, we can coordinate with our medical team — but only if and when you want that.
That depends entirely on you. Some patients come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue; others come regularly over months for ongoing support. We discuss this openly after the first session.
Fee details are shared at booking — we keep it transparent and affordable. Some panel insurers cover counselling under mental health benefits; please check your policy. We provide official receipts for claims.
We offer in-clinic sessions in Bandar Utama. Online or telehealth sessions may be available depending on your situation — please ask when booking.
Diagnoses are only made when clinically appropriate and helpful for your care — never used as labels. Many patients work with us without ever receiving a formal diagnosis.
