Specialist wound care delivered home. Same clinical standard.
For patients who cannot easily travel to the clinic — typically elderly, bedridden, or recently discharged from surgery — BeHealth Clinic offers home wound care visits in Bandar Utama and surrounding areas.
This is not just a basic dressing change. Our home visit service provides the same clinical assessment, the same advanced dressings, and the same documented progress tracking you'd receive in the clinic.
Our home visit service is focused on wound care expertise. We're not a general home-call GP service. Here's exactly what we provide:
Included: Diabetic wound care, post-surgical wound monitoring, pressure injury care, venous/arterial ulcer management, infected wound dressings, advanced therapy adjuncts (CACIPLIQ20®, SCX, photobiomodulation).
Not available at home: General fever/flu consultations, IV drips, paediatric visits, mental health sessions, and minor surgical procedures (these require the clinic setting).

Pricing varies based on visit type (assessment vs. follow-up), wound complexity, and dressing materials needed. We give you a clear estimate before the first visit and detailed receipts for insurance claims. Please WhatsApp us for a quote based on your specific situation.
For non-urgent visits, typically within 1–3 days. For more urgent situations (e.g., a wound showing infection signs), we try to attend within 24 hours. Please send a photo via WhatsApp so we can prioritise correctly.
Visits are conducted by Dr. Zafrina or a trained wound care clinician working under her supervision. Either way, the same protocols and quality standards apply. Your case is reviewed with the team weekly.
Some panel insurers cover home medical visits — coverage varies by policy. We provide official documentation for claims. Please confirm coverage with your insurer before the first visit.
Yes — and we encourage it where appropriate. During visits, we teach the primary caregiver basic dressing techniques and what warning signs to watch for. This reduces visit frequency and gives families confidence.
