Most patients can complete the in-clinic portion of screening in 30–45 minutes. Here's exactly how it works:

1. Book your slot — WhatsApp us or walk in. For fasting tests, fast 8–12 hours beforehand.
2. Tests at the clinic — blood drawn, urine collected, ECG and physical exam where applicable.
3. ISO lab analysis — samples processed at our partner laboratory. Results in 24–48 hours.
4. Doctor review — free 20-minute consultation to interpret results and discuss next steps.

Do I need to fast before a health screening?

For most blood tests including cholesterol and glucose, fasting for 8–12 hours is recommended. Water is allowed. If your package doesn't require fasting (e.g., basic vaccination panels), we'll tell you at booking.

Do I need an appointment for health screening?

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is recommended — especially in the morning if you're fasting and want to be seen quickly. WhatsApp us to schedule.

What should I bring?

Your IC, insurance card if applicable, and any previous health screening reports for comparison. Wear loose clothing if ECG is included in your package.

Is health screening covered by insurance?

Some panel insurers cover health screening as a preventive benefit, especially if booked as part of a corporate package. Coverage depends on your policy — please check with your insurer or HR before visiting.

Are cancer screening tests available?

Yes. Cancer markers (CEA, CA-125, CA 15-3, PSA, AFP) are available in our advanced packages. For breast cancer, we can advise on and arrange mammogram referrals. For colorectal cancer, FOBT (faecal occult blood test) is included in several packages.
