Evidence-based pain management. Unhurried. Outcome-focused.
Many patients come to us after months — sometimes years — of being told to "just take painkillers" or "learn to live with it." That's not our approach.
Every pain management consultation at BeHealth Clinic starts with a thorough history, physical examination, and discussion of what matters most to you — whether that's returning to sport, sleeping through the night, or simply being able to play with your kids.
Pain is personal. Two patients with the same diagnosis can experience pain completely differently — and need completely different treatment plans.
Our consultations are unhurried. We take the time to understand your full picture: work, sleep, activity, stress, previous treatments tried. Only then do we agree on next steps together.
If medication is the right answer, we'll prescribe carefully. If it isn't, we'll tell you that honestly and recommend what is — even if it means referring you elsewhere.
Common conditions we see at BeHealth Clinic. If yours isn't listed, please call us — we likely treat it.
The most common condition we treat. From muscle strain to disc problems — we assess the root cause and treat accordingly.
Posture-related, work-related, or sleep-related. Common in desk workers and patients with chronic stress.
Sprains, strains, overuse injuries. We assess severity and refer for physiotherapy or imaging when needed.
Pain that radiates down the leg from the spine or hip. Requires careful evaluation to avoid misdiagnosis.
Persistent pain lasting over 3 months. We focus on functional outcomes and quality of life, not just suppression.
Arthritis, ligament injuries, post-surgical recovery. We coordinate with physiotherapy and orthopaedic specialists.

No. You can book directly via WhatsApp or walk in during clinic hours. If you have previous scans, reports, or medication lists, bringing them helps but isn't required.
Not by default. Strong painkillers (opioids) are reserved for specific situations and used carefully. We typically start with safer options and physical/lifestyle approaches. If stronger medication is appropriate, we'll explain why and monitor closely.
Many of our patients arrive saying exactly that. A fresh, structured assessment often identifies something missed. If we believe a specialist or different approach is needed, we'll refer you — we'd rather you get the right help than keep coming back.
Honest answer: it depends on the condition. Some patients feel improvement within days; others take weeks. We set realistic milestones with you and track them. If a treatment isn't working, we change course rather than push through.
Most panel insurers cover GP consultations including pain management. Investigations like X-rays or MRIs may be covered separately depending on your policy. We provide all necessary documentation.
